For a mere $50, leaving your cellphone at the door, and presumably waiting in a ridiculously long line somewhere in or around Minneapolis, you too can attend the sickest house party this side of Mitchapalooza.
That’s right, Prince is opening his Paisley Park estate to the public this Saturday for a concert in his very own home – gonna have to re-sod the yard and everything. Rolling Stone reports that the show will feature the man himself, his current band 3rdEyedGirl as well as his old band Next Power Generation. If Prince’s eight-encore show at Austin’s SXSW this past spring is any indication, fans might want to ready themselves for a long evening. As he famously told the SXSW crowd, “Don’t make me hurt you… You know how many hits I have?”
We don’t think that Prince will hurt you. Unless you step to the man on the court.
